In today's world, starting with the person is not only necessary, it's expected. It's expected by the citizen, the customer, the community member, the business owner,  the student, the parent . . . and, it's legislatively mandated, as well.

 

But it's more than bringing a token voice to the table. It's more than writing a focus group report. It's an approach founded on a belief that what you do is ultimately better because you listened to and applied the wisdom and insight of the people you serve.
