Shannon Blood has over two decades of professional and volunter experience in community development in both the public and private sectors.
She has a Bachelor of Arts from St. Martin's University in Community Services and will graduate in 2016 with a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications from Washington State University.
Shannon believes strongly in the importance of making sure all voices are heard and involved in the development of programs, services and policies that impact their lives.
Shannon plans to position Advancing Voices as a professional service for government agencies and private businesses in 2017. She will also continue to work side by side with local community organizations on issues that matter most to them.
